Through his work at Esynagogue.org, and JewU an online portal for the Jewish faith, Jonathan Ginsburg has played a significant role in making Jewish culture, history, and ideology accessible to people throughout the world. As founder and President of Esynagogue.org, Jonathan Ginsburg posts information useful to learning more about the religion for both Jews and non-Jews. Drawing from 30 years of rabbinical experience, Ginsburg also offers guidance for practicing Judaism for people around the world through his long-distance conversion programs, Hebrew instruction, para-rabbi programs, and general knowledge DVDs. Jonathan Ginsburg’s conversion program, which consists of over 550 CDs, DVDs, and videos, is useful for those who like to learn from home or cannot make time in their schedules for onsite instruction; his Hebrew instruction programs feature books to teach both youth and adults to read Jewish prayer.

Jonathan Ginsburg also runs several blogs, such as www.rabbireflects.blogspot.com andwww.israelgreatest.blogspot.com, where he posts articles and editorials on such topics as anti-Semitism, Israel as a nation, the Holocaust, Jewish holidays, Conservative Judaism, and even humor. Jonathan Ginsburg’s presence on the video website YouTube is a further extension of his blog; having led many congregations, Ginsburg has extensive public speaking experience. On his YouTube channel, which features more than 600 videos, Jonathan Ginsburg educates, preaches, and informs viewers of his opinions and knowledge on a wide range of topics including Jewish history, religious instruction, help with conversion to Judaism, and current events.

Jonathan Ginsburg was educated at the University of Chicago, where he earned a degree in Religious Studies in 1978. In his further studies, Ginsburg earned his Masters and Rabbinic Ordination from the Jewish Theological Seminary in 1982, receiving awards as an exceptional student. Jonathan Ginsburg has served on the National Rabbinic Cabinet, the Minnesota Rabbinical Association. He was nominated for community Hero by the North American Jewish Federations in 2011.

He also established an online conversion to Judaism program for conversion to Judaism online

Rabbi Jonathan Ginsburg: he received his B.A. in religion from the University of Chicago-and was the valedictory orator. He received his Masters and Rabbinic Ordination from the Jewish Theological Seminary - where he won the Award for outstanding student. He is a National Merit scholar and the 1974 USA National High School Debate Champion. He has been Adjunct faculty of St. Catherine College and Metropolitan University, teaching Judaism and Hebrew BIble He is one of the world's leading Jewish educators online, creating 8 websites, 20 blogs, and 550 educational videos with over 2.5 million views. He Created, Esynagogue, which offers online study programs for Conversion, Para rabbi training, and a children’s Hebrew/Religious school.
